Refund policy
"Country" collection Garden Beds (Easy-to-Assemble Garden Beds) - return during 30 days upon receiving. Garden Bed should be returned in a "new" contrition (should not be used). Subject of $100 per Bed handling fee. Return postal service to be paid by customer.
"Classic" collections (Rectangular, Cascaded, Elevated, L-shaped, U-shaped Garden Beds) - you can cancel your order before delivery date midnight. This cancellation is a subject of $50 handling fee. Cancellation on delivery date or return after assembling is not possible. If you are not satisfied with a result, we will do our best to make necessary and reasonable changes/improvements.
Refunds will be issued during 10 business days. Money will be returned in the same way the initial payment was made (for example: you paid from a credit card - money will be returned to the same credit card - no exceptions).
If you submitted a refund, but haven’t received it after 14 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
