  1. Easy-to-Assemble Garden Beds ("Country" collection), which can be assembled by a customer.
  2. "Classic" collections: Rectangular, Cascaded, Elevated, L-shaped, U-shaped Garden Beds. These require professional assembling on site.

Q: What is included to the Price?

A:

  1. "Country" collection: Garden Bed, delivery to your address (South-Eastern Ontario or Southern Quebec) by postal service.
  2. "Classic" collections: Garden Bed, delivery to your address (Ottawa area for free, Montreal area with shipping surcharge), assembling on site.

Q: What are the main benefits of your Garden Beds?

"Country" collection: 

  • real 1.5-inch thick boards (2 inches nominal) - ultimate durability
  • red western cedar wood - naturally rot resistant 
  • easy self-assembling with no tools required
  • free delivery to your address in South-Eastern Ontario or Southern Quebec

"Classic" collection:

  • real 1-inch thick boards
  • red western cedar wood
  • free assembling on your site
  • free delivery to your address in Ottawa area, with a surcharge to Cornwall, Mirabel, Brockville, etc.
  • soil available for purchase and delivery

Shipping and Assembling:

Q: Where do you deliver? 

A: 

  1. "Country" collection - South-Eastern Ontario and Sothern Quebec (by postal service). 
  2. "Classic" collection - Ottawa and Montreal area. 

Q: How much is Garden Bed delivery? 

A: 

  1. "Country" collection - free to South-Eastern Ontario (Toronto, London, Niagara Falls, Peterborough, Kingston, Ottawa) and Sothern Quebec (Gatineau, Montreal, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivieres, Quebec City).
  2. "Classic" collections - free to Ottawa area (Ottawa, Gatineau, Rockland, Kemptville, Carleton Place, Arnprior), with a shipping surcharge: Hawkesbury, Cornwall, Brockville, Laval, Montreal. Surcharge depends on distance, and is about $1.25 per kilometer from Ottawa. 

Q: Do you assemble Garden Beds?

A:  Yes, our specialists assemble "Classic" Garden Beds on your site. "Country" collection Beds to be assembled by a customer - no tools required - check out the instruction. 

Q: Do you sell and deliver Garden Soil? 

A: Yes, we sell and deliver Garden Soil in Ottawa area (for free) and in Montreal area (with surcharge). Buying a Garden Bed from any "Classic" collection, choose "with Soil" option. 

Warranty and Returns:

Q: Do you offer any Warranty? 

A: Yes:

  1. "Country" collection - 1-year complimentary warranty which can be extended up to 3 years. Estimated lifespan is about 10 years. 
  2. "Classic" collection - 1-year complimentary warranty. Estimated lifespan is about 6 years.

Q: Is it possible to make a Return? 

A: 

  1. "Country" collection: return is possible during 30 days after receiving. Garden Bed should be returned in a "new" contrition (should not be used, damaged or altered). Subject of $100 per Bed handling fee, return postal service to be paid by customer.
  2. "Classic" collection: you can cancel your order before delivery date midnight. This cancellation is a subject of $50 handling fee. Cancellation on delivery date or return after assembling is not possible. If you are not satisfied with a result, we will do our best to make necessary and reasonable changes/improvements.
